Monday 1st May - An Unsporting Chance
THE TELEGRAPH: A trans-identified male cyclist has stolen first place in an elite women’s road race in the US.
27-year-old Austin Killips took first prize in the women’s division at the Tour of the Gila, the premier road cycling race in New Mexico. He finished 89 seconds clear of second-placed Marcela Prieto and also claimed the ‘Queen of the Mountains’ jersey, increasing his share of the $35,000 prize pot.
Killips only took up cycling in 2019. He rides for the Amy D Foundation, an organisation set up in memory of US cyclist, Amy Dombroski. According to its own website, “The Amy D. Foundation encourages and supports young women through cycling, inspiring the celebration of healthy challenge and empowering the confident pursuit of lofty dreams”. Little point encouraging young women to pursue ‘lofty dreams’ whilst simultaneously facilitating cheating males who’ll steal them away.
Cycling’s governing body, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), currently allows trans-identified males to participate in women’s races if their testosterone levels have been below 2.5 nanomoles per litre for at least 24 months. This policy is at odds with all of the scientific evidence which demonstrates that, even after reducing testosterone levels, males retain numerous physical and physiological advantages over women and any loss of muscle mass and strength is negligible.
Killips became the subject of controversy in December when he finished third in the women’s race at the US’s National Cyclocross Championships, stealing a podium place from former champion, Hannah Arensman. He was also accused of repeatedly and deliberately trying to shove Arensman off the course during the race.
A few months later, Arensman retired from competitive cycling aged just 24. She cited the inclusion of trans-identified males in women’s cycling when explaining her reasons. “My sister and family sobbed as they watched a man finish in front of me”, she said. “I have had to race directly with male cyclists in women’s events. As this has become more of a reality, it has become increasingly discouraging to train as hard as I do only to have to lose to a man with the unfair advantage of an androgenized body that intrinsically gives him an obvious advantage over me, no matter how hard I train.”
Killips is now tipped to try for a place at the Tour de France Femmes in July and at next year’s Olympic Games in Paris.
Inga Thompson, a three-time US Olympian and five-time national road race champion, told The Telegraph, “This really highlights the issues that are happening to women in cycling. We have more than 50 transgender women in the sport. And what's going on in the background is that women are just quietly walking away”. She went on, “These women are young, and there's a lot of bullying. They get cancelled, they get silenced, their jobs are threatened. They get put on the TERF list. If they say anything, they are eviscerated. And so, instead of fighting this, they just walk away”.
This is how BBC Sport, the UK’s national broadcaster, reported Killips’ ‘win’ on social media. “History made in New Mexico”, it declared, adding a flame emoji which is commonly used in praise or adulation and to indicate that someone is ‘lit’.

REDUXX: The Australian government is trying to silence women who protest the inclusion of trans-identified male, Riley Dennis, on a women’s football team.
A couple of weeks ago we reported that Riley Dennis is playing on an Australian women’s football team, dominating the league and allegedly causing injury to other players. (For the uninitiated, Riley Dennis, is a vociferous trans activist from the US who pretends to be a lesbian, preaches that ‘genital preferences’ are transphobic and advocates for the medicalisation of gender-confused children.)
In recent months, Dennis has been playing in a female soccer league in New South Wales, even topping Football NSW’s League One Women's 1st Grade goal kickers table with a total of seven goals. Furthermore, there are allegations that he has caused serious injuries to opposition players, with one reportedly requiring hospitalisation.
Kirralie Smith is the spokeswoman for an organisation called Binary Australia which campaigns to protect women and girls from the harms of gender identity ideology. Earlier in the year she used her social media accounts to draw attention to Riley’s inclusion in a women’s football team. As a result, football NSW was inundated with thousands of complaints. Which they ignored.
In February, Smith’s public Facebook page was deleted following the intervention of Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, Julie Inman Grant. Set up seven years ago and with 47,000 followers, Smith used the forum to advocate for women’s sex-cased rights and draw attention to the harm caused by gender identity ideology.
On 30th March Smith was visited by New South Wales Police who handed her an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO). This requires that she does not discuss or approach Dennis (which was always unlikely as she lives over 200 miles away). Smith told Reduxx that she believes she received the AVO as a result of her social media posts discussing Riley Dennis and his inclusion on a female sports team.
The AVO acts as an interim order and will remain in place until a court hearing to be held later this month will judge if it is justified. If the court deems that Smith has taken actions which breach the order, she could face criminal charges.
It’s not only Kirralie Smith that trans activists are trying to silence by using the Australian government as their pawn. Last week the eSafety Commissioner, Julie Inman Grant, contacted the Reduxx team, advising them that they must either delete or heavily censor their article describing Riley as male and reporting the allegations about him injuring female soccer players.
In addition, Grant also contacted Twitter and demanded that the Reduxx post of this article be withheld as it ‘violates the law(s) of Australia’. This violated legislation, however, was not specified. Furthermore, Grant contacted the feminist social media site, Ovarit, again trying to censor coverage of Riley’s involvement in female sport.
Anna Kerr, Principal Solicitor at the Feminist Legal Clinic in Australia, has expressed concern that laws intended to keep people safe are increasingly being used to silence women. She told The Daily Mail, “Too often we see bullies calling out those who dare to stand up to them. AVOs that are failing to keep women safe from male violence are now being used as weapons against them. The eSafety Commissioner and law enforcement agencies must take care that their powers are not manipulated to suppress free speech.”

EASTERN DAILY PRESS: A trans-identified male has pleaded guilty to possessing indecent images of children and ‘grossly offensive’ extreme pornography.
66-year-old trans-identified male, Tanya Howes, appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court this week. He pleaded guilty to three charges of possessing indecent photographs of a child and a separate charge of possessing 100 ‘grossly offensive’ extreme pornographic images and videos.
He had previously admitted possessing 39 indecent images of children deemed category A (the most serious classification indicating images which depict penetrative sexual activity, sexual activity with an animal or sadism), 17 images deemed category B and 29 images deemed category C.
He was recorded on court documentation as female.
Howes was due to be sentenced this week but magistrates approved an application from Norfolk Probation Service requesting an extension to complete reports, including a referral of the case to the Transgender Case Board.
Transgender Case Boards were introduced in 2017 to make decisions regarding ‘the care and management’ of trans-identified prisoners who are in custody. A probation officer told the Norwich court, “Our policy dictates that a transgender board needs to be consulted in order for this person to then go on to be sentenced… Also making sure the appropriate factors are identified given the nature of the case.”
Reduxx published an article suggesting that, in previous years, Howes has been employed by the UK prison service.
Reduxx also provided details of Howes’ social media accounts on which he has frequently posted sexualised photographs of himself and discussed sexual activities and fantasies.
In one series of photographs, Howes is pictured wearing a tiny miniskirt, lace-top stockings and a t-shirt which reads “I am a prostitute. This slut works for money”.
Howes has been released with unconditional bail until his sentencing hearing which is scheduled for 4th July.

THE DAILY MAIL: A trans-identified male paedophile is being accommodated in a women’s prison and has been recorded as ‘female’ on formal documentation.
We have reported previously on Marina (formerly Matthew) Volz, a 34-year-old trans-identified male pornographer convicted of the sexual abuse and exploitation of his own seven-year-old daughter.
In May 2019 the Department of Child Protection undertook a lengthy investigation after discovering sexually explicit images and videos of a 7-year-old girl on electronic devices seized from a property in New Jersey. Marina Volz was subsequently arrested together with three other people.
These four people ran a transgender pornography production company specializing in BDSM, fetish, and taboo content. Volz had stolen his own seven-year-old daughter from her mother in order to sexually abuse and exploit her.
During his trial, prosecutors told the court that the little girl had been subjected to sadistic sexual abuse described by the prosecutor as ‘a vortex of darkness’. Judge Peter Tober did not detail the full extent of the horrors the child had suffered, but he described the crimes as ‘heinous, cruel and depraved’.
Volz was sentenced to 25 years in prison on charges of human trafficking, aggravated sexual assault, conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child.
One of the other people found guilty in this case was trans-identified male, Ashley (formerly Adam) Romero. Immediately after sentencing in May 2022 , Romero was accommodated in New Jersey’s Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women where he was listed as a ‘female’ inmate.
The Edna Mahan facility currently houses around 30 trans-identified male prisoners. One of those is Perry Cerf, is a sadistic rapist and murderer with a long history of violence against women. In April 2022 two women at the facility fell pregnant after having sex with trans identified male inmates. Two female prisoners, Miseka Diggs and Dawn Jackson, have spoken out about the nightmare of being incarcerated with males and the fear experienced by women at the prison.
Volz was originally incarcerated in the male estate, South Woods State Prison. Just two months later he was quietly transferred to the Edna Mahan facility even though he was still recorded as ‘male’ in official documentation.
Volz is now recorded as ‘female’ in official prison records. A source within the prison who spoke anonymously to Reduxx confirmed that Volz still has a penis. He is said to be terrifying the women of the prison.

KATU NEWS: A trans-identified male has been accused of kidnapping a teenager with learning difficulties from a train in Portland, Oregon.
42-year-old Matthew Clayton Stark has a previous arrest record for offences including possession of amphetamines, trespassing and ‘swinging around nunchakus’. He is accused of kidnapping a teenage boy in January 2022. The boy, who is described as ‘a special needs student’ and said to be ‘sweet and compliant towards adults’, was travelling on a MAX train, Portland's light-rail system. It is alleged that Stark approached and sat opposite the boy, telling him, “That was the biggest mistake you ever made”. He then grabbed his mobile phone and threatened him with violence if he did not comply with demands to go with Stark and leave the train.
Stark allegedly forced the boy to walk ahead of him to a house in North Portland. There he ordered the boy to knock on the door and deliver a cryptic message to the householder. The man who answered the door had no idea what was happening so Stark fled the scene.
Using images from a security video of him and the victim leaving the train station, the police managed to track down and arrest Stark. He was arraigned on charges of kidnapping, coercion and interfering with public transportation.
According to official documentation, Stark ‘identifies as a woman’ and uses the name ‘Tru’. Reduxx reported that, when he appeared in court on 3rd May, he repeatedly berated the Judge because his wristband displayed his male name which, he claimed, was a violation of his human rights. He was assured by the court that he had been recorded under the name ‘Tru’ and he was referred to with female pronouns.
Thursday 4th May - The Clocks Are Striking 13 At The NUJ
THE TELEGRAPH: There are concerns over press freedom after the journalists’ union refused to support members who report on gender critical issues.
The National Union of Journalists (NUJ) is Britain’s leading journalist union which represents members who work across the media in a variety of roles.
At a meeting this week the NUJ was asked to issue a statement supporting its members who cover ‘the debate on sex and gender’ and to condemn the abuse received by journalists who challenge the rhetoric of gender ideology.
The motion put forward called on the NUJ’s National Executive Council to issue a public statement that it, “Believes that journalists should be able to report and comment on issues of sex and gender, and any debate on these subjects should be informed and respectful”, that “It is entirely appropriate for journalists, in the course of their work, to discuss all sides of the debate on sex and gender identity including trans rights and gender critical viewpoints” and that “Journalists should not suffer professionally for doing so if they have acted responsibly and according to the Code of Conduct”.
Union members rejected this motion 62 votes to 28 according to information provided to The Telegraph. This has caused concern among union members who fear that the NUJ has been ‘hijacked’. Some claim that press freedom is only afforded to those upholding gender ideology in their reporting.
One insider told the paper: “We know that there are people who would rather there not be any debate on certain issues and are actively working to censor any and all opposing views. But to know that those people have now effectively managed to hijack the NUJ into being part of the agenda to silence opposing views in the press is positively sinister.”

A24.COM: In Argentina, a child killer who groomed and murdered a twelve year old girl is claiming to ‘identify as a woman’ and may be moved to the female estate.
On 23rd April 2016, 12-year-old Micaela Ortega went out to meet a new friend, someone she believed to be a girl of her own age whom she had met via Facebook. She never came home. Her body was found by police a month later. She had been beaten and strangled to death.
The girl Micaela was expecting to meet did not exist. The Facebook account with which she had been communicating was operated by a 26-year-old man called Jonathan Luna. He was found to have set up multiple social media accounts on which he posed as a female child in order to groom and meet young girls.
Luna confessed to murdering Micaela Ortega. Investigators discovered that he had tried to sexually assault her and had stolen hair accessories from her dead body. Just a few days prior to being apprehended, Luna had tried to arrange a meeting with another child.
In October 2017 Luna was found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment.
It has now been revealed that Jonathan Luna is claiming to be transgender and is calling himself Yoana. Prison authorities are clearly entertaining this grift and he was recently moved from the men’s population to a special gender identity unit. Furthermore, Luna is professing that he ‘felt like a woman’ when he murdered Micaela Ortega, a claim which will affect his conviction for femicide.
Argentina introduced the sex-specific crime of femicide in 2012 in an attempt to address the country’s high rates of male against female violence. Argentina’s self-ID legislation means that males who ‘identify as woman’ are not charged femicide. Luna’s lawyers are now reportedly planning to challenge his femicide conviction and have his horrendous crime reclassified as a simple homicide.
Have Micaela Ortega’s family not already suffered enough?

THE TELEGRAPH: Despite huge public opposition, the Irish government is ploughing ahead with legislation which will criminalise those who challenge gender identity ideology.
On paper, Ireland’s Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offences) Bill 2022 sounds like a good idea; a law “Relating to the prohibition of incitement to violence or hatred against a person or a group of persons on account of certain characteristics”. It is being presented as an overhaul of outdated legislation passed in 1989 to account for developments in technology and to protect those in newly prominent minority groups. However, the bill contains provisions which are nothing short of draconian and will stifle freedom of expression.
The bill will criminalise speech or the ‘communication’ of material that is deemed ‘inciting hatred’ against groups or individuals of ‘protected characteristics’. One of these ‘protected characteristics’ is ‘gender’. The bill defines this as “The gender which a person expresses as the person’s preferred gender, or with which the person identifies, and includes transgender, and a gender other than those of male and female”.
This means that any criticism of gender identity ideology or refusal to accept its tenets will effectively be criminalised and could result in a prison sentence.
Under the terms of the bill it will be illegal to ‘prepare or possess’ material which could be considered as ‘inciting hatred’. ‘Possession’ could simply mean a video or meme saved to one’s phone or laptop, even if it is never shared with anyone else. Furthermore, ‘inciting hatred’ could mean little more than causing offence.
The Irish government organised a public consultation with regard to this bill and received around 3,600 responses. Journalist Ben Scallan says he has analysed them all and suggests that 73% of respondents are opposed to the planned legislation. Nevertheless, the government is still determined to press ahead with it.
Taoiseach (the Irish premier), Leo Varadkar, is unconcerned by opposition to the bill. He says that the “Vast majority of people don’t make submissions to public consultations” and claims that they’re “Not necessarily reflective of public opinion”. So what was the point in holding one, then?
On 26th April, the bill passed the Dáil (the lower house of the Irish parliament) by a vote of 110 to 14. It is now going to be debated in the Seanad (the upper house) and, in all likelihood, will soon be passed into law.

Sunday 7th May - A Gut Out Of Jail Free Card
DAILY MAIL US: A trans-identified male has been cleared of flashing his penis in a women’s locker room because a judge believed his corpulent stomach would have concealed his genitals.
In February we reported on 31-year-old Darren Glines, a trans-identified male who calls himself Rachel. He was charged with three separate incidents of indecent exposure in the female locker room at a YMCA in Xenia, Ohio.
The charges related to incidents in 2021 and 2022 when customers of the Xenia YMCA complained to police that a naked man was exposing himself in the female locker room. On one of these occasions, there were three children present.
When a female customer complained to YMCA staff that there was a naked man in the women’s locker room, she was instructed he is ‘actually a woman’ and to not be disturbed by his presence. The woman’s husband tried to raise this issue with YMCA staff, but he was told that access to locker room facilities is based on a policy of gender self-identification and in accordance with state legislation.
Another female patron was using the locker room with her young daughters when they found a naked male in their presence.
Glines was cleared of the indecent exposure charges because Judge David McNamee upheld his claim that the size of his belly meant his penis would not have been visible.
McNamee said that there was no dispute over Glines’ presence in the women’s changing room. But he went on to say that Glines had a right to use the female-only facility. “Glines was not charged with trespass, nor was Glines charged with being in an area of the YMCA where Glines was not supposed to be. Quite simply, the facts do not exist to support a find of guilt, as charges. Glines’ genitalia was not visible as a result of other portions of her [sic] body covering same”.
An employee at a nearby branch of the YMCA was called upon to testify during the trial. She told the court that she had been forced to take out a restraining order against Glines after he’d sexually assaulted her.
Kateisha Young told Reduxx that she and Glines had become friends when he started attending the Fairborn YMCA where she works. He claimed that he had been discriminated against at the YMCA in Xenai and, initially, Young felt sorry for him as she was ignorant of the indecent exposure allegations at the time. However, Glines made her feel uncomfortable, asking her about her sexual proclivities and habits. Then, after the pair had been out for coffee, he suddenly grabbed her genitals and her buttocks, leaving her ‘shocked and disgusted’.
And now Glines is free to return to the YMCA women’s locker room to take his clothes off. As long, presumably, as his belly remains big enough to conceal his male genitalia.

REDUXX: A female prison inmate has written about the terror of being incarcerated with trans-identifying males.
Kokila Hiatt is an inmate at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in New Jersey, mentioned in an item above. She has written about her experience of being incarcerated with trans-identified male prisoners.
Hiatt wrote that in recent years there has been a ‘flood’ of trans-identified male prisoners into the female estate. Many of these are males are serving time for violent and/or sexually violent offences and most of them retain their male genitalia.
Pointing out that up to 85% of female prison inmates have experienced sexual or physical abuse during their lifetimes, Hiatt states, “Abused women are the least likely group of people to defend or assert themselves, especially against a man”. Nevertheless, prison policies have prioritised the demands of male trans activists over the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable female prisoners.
“Though these policies are relatively new, they have quickly proven to be dangerous for female inmates. Reports of women being physically and sexually assaulted, threatened, and harassed by males housed alongside them in female institutions have already emerged, and more are sure to follow.”
Hiatt explains that the consequences are severe for those women prisoners who dare to speak out.
“The prison administration informed us that if we complained about the influx of male inmates, we would be punished. In particular, we would be moved to accommodations that were crowded and had less privacy within the prison. We were effectively silenced and the gender dysphoric males knew it.
For complaining about them, I have received backlash from the transgender males here. Their tactics ranged from verbal harassment and threats of violence to multiple allegations causing me to be investigated by the prison. One of those allegations resulted in me being placed in a lockdown unit for three days.
Other female inmates, says Hiatt, have also suffered harassment and bullying for voicing their opposition to being incarcerated with males.
“Our existence in female bodies inherently makes us vulnerable to physical and sexual assault. We are being forced to allow men, some of whom are convicted sexual predators, to claim victimhood and have their concerns placed above our own.”
See you next week.
Jesus wept. I feel sick and enraged. Not only with these disgusting freaks and perverts, but with every single person who supports and celebrates them. A pox on all their houses, from now until the end of time.
Been feeling a bit pessimistic after anti women's rights activists have been celebrating the England local elections as some kind of win. Who is out there standing for election in support of the rights of women, children and gay people?
