Monday 8th July - Meet the Cabinet
The new Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, announced the appointment of his cabinet ministers this week. Several of his choices give cause for concern.
Starmer has appointed Anneliese Dodds as the Women and Equalities Minister. Education Secretary, Bridget Phillipson, will also hold the title of Minister for Women and Equalities as the role legally requires someone of the rank of secretary of state. However, Dodds will take the lead on equalities issues and will also attend Cabinet.
Worryingly, Anneliese Dodds doesn’t seem able to define the word ‘woman’. During an interview on BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour on International Women’s Day in 2022, she was asked what a woman is. She replied, “I have to say that there are different definitions legally around what a woman actually is. I mean, you look at the definition within the Equality Act, and I think it just says someone who is adult and female, I think, but then doesn’t say how you define either of those things. I mean obviously, that’s when you’ve got the biological definition, legal definition, all kinds of things…” When asked the question again, Dodds stated, “I think it does depend what the context is.”
The campaign group, Lesbian Labour, has previously tried to discuss the issue of sex and gender with Anneliese Dodds, attempting to explain to her that, in order to protect lesbian rights, sex needs to be biologically defined as sexual orientation is based on biological sex. However, they were unconvinced by her response. Paula Boulton, speaking on behalf of the group, said that Dodds ‘doesn’t get it’.
Another of Starmer’s new appointments is Lisa Nandy as Culture Secretary. As Joan Smith writes in Unherd, “She one of the most intransigent supporters of transgender ideology in the party’s senior ranks, once calling for women who disagreed with her to be expelled… We now have a culture secretary whose grasp of the serious issues facing her department resembles that of a self-righteous teenager”.
Attending a campaign rally in 2020, Nandy was asked whether sexually violent male prisoners who ‘transition’ should be accommodated in the female estate. The questioner referred specifically to a serial child rapist who had begun ‘identifying as a woman’ following his arrest.
Nandy replied, “I believe fundamentally in people's right to self-ID. I believe the Gender Recognition Act strikes the wrong balance in relation to that. I think that crimes that are recorded should be recorded as that person wishes, having gone through that process, received support and self-identified. I think trans women are women, I think trans men are men, so I think they should be accommodated in a prison of their choosing”.
Last year Nandy told Times Radio that children should be ‘taken seriously’ if they want to self-identify as the opposite sex and they should be supported in doing so. She added that she wanted the (then Tory) government to ‘get rid of the hurdles’ which prevented a 13-year-old in her constituency from transitioning.
In February 2020, Lisa Nandy was one of the senior Labour figures who signed a pledge calling on the party to expel ‘transphobes’ ie anyone not adhering to gender identity ideology. This charter also described the LGB Alliance - now a registered charity - and feminist campaigners, Woman’s Place UK, as ‘transphobic hate groups’.
One of the other Labour politicians who supported this pledge was the now Deputy Prime Minister, Angela Rayner. She does not appear to have altered her stance and this week refused to apologise.
Another appointment to Keir Starmer’s cabinet is Stephen Kinnock.
Stephen Kinnock has a trans-identified daughter. Milo (formerly Camilla) Kinnock identifies as ‘non-binary transmasculine’, uses he/him pronouns and last year, aged just 23, she had an elective double mastectomy to remove her breasts.
Kinnock is ‘very proud’ of his daughter and says she has ‘helped’ many others who are on a ‘similar journey’.
Stephen Kinnock, who upholds ‘non-binary’ identities as valid and deems Stonewall a reliable source of information, is our new Minister of State for Care.
Tuesday 9th July - This Never Happens #1
REDUXX: A trans-identified male Brazilian pro-skateboarder has been accused of psychological and physical abuse by several young women.
Brazilian Luiza Marchiori was previously known as Luiz Neto. For almost two decades he competed in pro-skateboarding - in the male categories, of course - and he won two Brazilian championship titles.
In 2023, he ‘came out’ as transgender, began calling himself Luiza Marchiori and claimed that he had been taking cross-sex hormones since the previous year. He has posted numerous photographs and videos to his Instagram account, demonstrating the various cosmetic ‘feminisation’ procedures he has undergone.
Earlier this year, Marchior began competing in women’s skateboarding events. Last month he stole a female award at the Itacoatiara Pro tournament, reportedly cheating a 10 year old girl out of her rightful place.
In recent weeks, allegations have begun to emerge claiming that Marchior abused various former female partners. On 17th June, professional male skateboarder, Garcia Rodrigues, posted a video on Instagram in support of Marchiori’s accusers. He said that he was aware of the evidence against Marchiori and he posted a recording in which one of the alleged victims described the abuse she suffered.
Other women also commented on Rodrigues’ post to accuse Marchiori and recount their experiences. Gabbri Beiro, a former girlfriend, wrote, “I suffered physical and psychological aggression... He was jealous of my dog, my dad, my brothers… I could not have friends. He threatened to smash my phone in my face, and wanted me to throw all of my clothes out and dress like a man.” She also stated that she is part of a WhatsApp group with other women - Marchiori’s former partners - who also allege that he abused them. She has, she said, gathered evidence from other victims, including photos of their physical injuries, which she has provided to the police.
Beatriz Miguel, another accuser, dated Luiz for almost two years during which she lived with him. She also accuses him of abusing her, describing how he isolated her from her friends and family and controlled almost all aspects of her behaviour. “By the end, I had lost contact with everyone”, she wrote. “He deleted my social media, changed my number, took my phone.” Like Gabbri Beiro, she said that Marchiori controlled her clothing, forcing her to dress like a man. She alleges that he physically abused her. “He assaulted me, left me all purple”, she said. “Once, when we fought, I tried to escape, but he caught me and locked me in a room. He started stepping on [my chest], depriving me of air. He choked me and many other things. Two years and a lot of psychological and physical abuse.”
On 19th June, Marchiori posted a statement from his lawyer to Instagram. It claimed that he is the victim of ‘transphobia’ and challenged his accusers to provide evidence of their allegations or face legal action.
Less than a week later, Marchiori’s accusers retained legal representation, the Bruna Brigoni law firm, and published a press notice. This statement alleges that some of Marchiori’s victims were minors at the time of the abuse.
The investigation into the allegations against Marchiori is ongoing.
Wednesday 10th July - Land of the Rising Son
NHK NEWS: A Japanese court has allowed a fully intact male to change his legal sex to female in a ruling which has now set a deeply concerning precedent.
Japanese law has, hitherto, required those seeking a legal change of ‘gender’ to have undergone so-called ‘sex reassignment surgery’. However, this week a high court in Japan approved a ‘male to female’ gender recognition request without the subject having had any physical alteration.
The trans-identified male in question challenged the current law, claiming that the requirement to undergo surgery, thus removing reproductive function, is unconstitutional as it violates the right not to be harmed. In October, the Supreme Court of Japan ruled in favour of his petition and referred the case to the High Court.
This week the High Court decided that the surgical requirement imposes excessive restriction by enforcing a choice between ‘sex reassignment’ surgery, thus surrendering the right not to be ‘harmed’, or forgoing a change of legal ‘gender’. The court ruled that the legal requirement could be interpreted as having been met if an individual outwardly appears to be the ‘opposite gender’, even if they have not undergone any surgical changes. Consequently, the trans-identified male involved in the case was granted an official change of ‘gender’.
This case has now set a very worrying legal precedent in Japan under which fully intact males can legally be recognised as female.
Thursday 11th July - This Never Happens #2
GB NEWS: A trans-identified male murderer who was apprehended having sex with his female cell-mate has been returned to a men’s prison.
We have reported previously on Brian ‘Amber FayeFox’ Kim.
In December 2006 Brian Kim murdered his parents at their home in Mount Spokane, Washington. He stabbed his father and bludgeoned and strangled his mother. He then hid their dead bodies in an outbuilding before heading out on a spending spree, withdrawing $1000 with his dead father’s debit card. He was eighteen years old at the time. In 2008 Kim was convicted of two counts of aggravated first-degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment.
Kim was originally housed in a men’s prison where he began ‘identifying as a woman’ and calling himself Amber FayeFox. He was subsequently moved to the Washington Corrections Centre for Women (WCCW) in 2021.
In November last year, Kim was the subject of a sympathetic article in The Huffington Post bemoaning the lack of ‘gender affirming healthcare’ for men in prison. It describes how Kim wore his sisters clothes as a teenager and suggests that he murdered his parents because they would not accept his cross-dressing.
In March this year, a prison officer at the Washington Corrections Centre for Women discovered 35-year-old Brian ‘Amber FayeFox’ Kim having sex with a 25-year-old female inmate. According to an incident report obtained by National Review, the officer looked into a cell during a routine late afternoon check and saw Kim “Laying on the floor completely nude from the waist down with their cellmate… on top of them also nude from the waist down actively having sex”.
Kim has been moved back to the Monroe Correctional Facility for men. A Department of Corrections official told the National Review, “The reason for Kim's transfer was due to ongoing safety concerns”.
Of course, it is good news that Kim is being returned to a men’s prison but he should never have been placed in the female estate in the first place. And Kim is only one of many trans-identified male prisoners to be incarcerated at the Washington Corrections Centre for Women in recent years. The others include Joel Thomas Nichols, known as Jolene Charisma Starr, who was imprisoned for the brutal rapes of two little girls, serial killer, Donna Perry, who was convicted of murdering three women and claims to have killed many more, Brett David Sonia, who was convicted on numerous charges relating to the sexual exploitation of a young girl, Christopher Williams, who sexually abused a nine-year-old girl, and Hobbie Bingham, a sex offender who was convicted of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
Friday 12th July - This Never Happens #3
REDUXX: A trans-identified male convicted of murder has been housed in a female prison while he is awaiting trial for a second brutal killing.
We have reported previously on Alex Ray Scott. In January 2020 he was arrested for the brutal murder of a 64-year-old antique dealer, Kenneth Savinski. Prosecutors believe that Scott met Savinski on a dating site and made arrangements to visit his home. Concerned friends discovered Savinski’s body when they called in to check on him. He had been stabbed in the face and his throat had been slit. Two days after the discovery of the body, Alex Ray Scott walked into a Manhattan police station and told detectives, “I think I may have killed someone last night”.
Scott, who is originally from Oklahoma, was already under investigation for child molestation at the time of his arrest in New York. In September 2018 he was accused of sexually abusing a co-worker's five-year-old child. The Daily Mail suggested that he had ‘fled’ his hometown in 2019 in order to escape the three charges of lewd molestation he was facing there. The New York Post reported that Scott was ‘hiding out’ in NYC after allegedly removing his GPS ankle monitor.
At the time of his arrest in January 2020, Scott was booked as a male. He then began claiming a trans identity and said he was ‘transitioning’. When he appeared at the Supreme Court, his lawyer referred to him with female pronouns.
After being questioned by police in New York over the violent death of Kenneth Savinski, Scott also became implicated in a separate murder, that of Robin Skocdopole in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. NYPD detectives found that Scott was in possession of credit cards and identification documents belonging to Skocdopole who had not been seen alive since April 2019.
During the subsequent investigation, certain of Skocdopole’s body parts were discovered in Broken Arrow. Because of Alex Ray Scott’s previous association with Skocdopole, he was suspected of killing him and the murder investigation was turned over to the FBI. In June 2023, Scott confessed to Skocdopole’s murder and, in May 2024, he was sentenced to 45 years in federal prison for second-degree murder.
Scott is still awaiting trial for the second degree murder of Kenneth Savinski. He has pleaded not guilty. He therefore remains in the custody of the New York City Department of Corrections (NYCDOC). He is being held at a women’s facility - the Rose M Singer Centre - on Rikers Island and his NYCDOC documentation lists his ‘birth sex’ as ‘female’.
Saturday 13th July - This Never Happens #4
REDUXX: A trans-identified male in Thailand has been arrested for the making and distributing of child sexual abuse material.
A trans-identified male known as ‘Patipat’ is an OnlyFans model and content creator from Chachoengsao, Thailand. On 1st July, he was arrested by Thailand’s Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division on charges of producing child sexual exploitation material.
According to the warrant issued by the criminal court, Patipat deceived a teenager into creating sexually explicit content which he then shared to his OnlyFans account. The police investigation into Patipat’s activities discovered that he had published over 100 pornographic videos, several of which involved children being sexually abused.
It is reported that, under police interrogation, Patipat confessed to sexually exploiting children in order to boost his income on social media. He told law enforcement officers that his average monthly income is 100,000 baht (around £2,176/$2,754).
Patipat now faces charges of human trafficking for exploiting minors through the production and distribution of child pornography, importing obscene content into computer systems for commercial purposes, and child abduction.
Sunday 14th July - This Never Happens #5
LAW AND CRIME: A teenage boy with a trans identity has reportedly confessed to the brutal killing of his mother and his mother’s boyfriend.
In the early hours of the morning on Sunday 7th July, police attended a home in Palm Bay, Florida, after 16-year-old Julia Grace Egler (a trans-identified male) called 911 to report a home invasion. On arrival, the police found the murdered bodies of 41-year-old Kelley McCollom, Julia’s mother, and Kelley’s boyfriend, 22-year-old Matthew Szejnrok.
Initially, Julia fabricated a story that he had hidden in his bedroom while a burglar murdered his mother and his mother’s boyfriend. However, according to police documents, he later confessed to these crimes.
It is reported that Julia armed himself with a gun which he had stolen from his mother’s bedroom, put a knife in his pocket and he waited in the kitchen for Kelley McCollom and Matthew Szejnrok to return home. He allegedly shot his mother several times before turning the gun on Szejnrok as he fled to the bathroom. It is alleged that, when the gun ran out of bullets, Julia stabbed Szejnrok repeatedly with a knife as he lay on the bathroom floor. The police affidavit states that, in agony and fatally wounded, Szejnrok begged for death so Julia loaded another bullet into the gun and shot him in the head.
According to the authorities, Julia then staged the crime scene to look like a home invasion and phoned the emergency services in fake hysterics.
As motive for these murders, Julia cited long-standing conflicts with his mother over her relationship with a much younger man and tensions related to Julia’s gender identity. According to The Daily Mail, “Julia transitioned from male to female many years earlier as a young child”. However, far from there being tensions, Julia’s mother appears to have supported his gender identity. On her social media account, Kelley called Julia her ‘daughter’, referred to him with female pronouns and shared affectionate photographs of the two of them together.
Julia has been charged with two counts of premeditated first-degree murder and he remains in custody in a juvenile detention centre.
When this story was reported in various news outlets, Julia Egler was universally referred to with female pronouns and, in the majority of articles - such as those published by The Daily Mail, by Fox News Orlando, by WKMG and by WFTV9 - he was described as a girl.
But these are not our crimes.

I was listening to the rest is politics leading and Alastair and Rory were interviewing the former Pm of Denmark who is Stephen Kinnock’s wife. And they briefly brought up the trans thing. And its pretty obvious that when they had a chance to be a parent and a grown up, for whatever reason it didn’t happen and they ended up with a ‘trans’ kid and have had to affirm the ideology for personal reasons- which as a parent i get, because sometimes we just have to go with what we think and damage limitation etc, and i’m not going to judge another parent or their child.
But we’re now seeing people like Kier Starmer having to and Wes Streeting having to side with reality because deep down they know at some point they are going to have to be the adults in the room and stand up for the basic rights of women and children regardless of the heart breaking accounts of their friends and colleagues with ‘trans kids’.
I think all these poor children were mis sold a terrible lie answer their problems. The lie that being ‘trans’ is neither the expression of a mental health issue, or an expression of a sexual fetish, The lie that being ‘trans’ is real, and its ok to except hating oneself. My gut tells me that gender dysphoria as a condition has been weaponised by autogynephililes to give justification to their fetish. Which is pretty fucking dark. But those pictures on mermaids website are pretty telling i think if anyone remembers them. Might still be there
