It's extraordinary that so many people have no idea about all this, but of course that's why they get away with it, it's only of interest to niche communities or those fighting for biological women's rights.
I am extremely annoyed by the way this is being reported - no ones “health care” is banned. (Absolutely zero kids are “banned” from obtaining health care in the US except those whose parents don’t have insurance of course, but no one is making headlines about that STILL). It’s deliberately framed as if trans identifying kids are being denied health care and allowed to die of preventable illness when it just means that *some* experimental, untested therapies are being second-guessed. I have seen the same language “trans youth” and “ban” and “health care” set up to evoke images of a child with pink hair being turned away at the door of a hospital. It’s absurd and designed to stoke the outrage addicts.
