The contrast could not be starker. Organisations like the BBC, with the
Having to fight the same battles again for women's right to speak and be out in public and being shouted down by men makes me feel like we've gone backwards to the 1970s. We won last time and we will again.
For four years, I have said that Posie has the right plan and everyone should follow her script. And look, she's a genius.
Am keeping the photo of your terfy trinity. The way you all lean on each other there in mutual support, observing the movement you helped create with those satisfied smiles, is going into my terfitude scrapbook.
Such a great post this Graham. Thanks for sharing. I bet you, Arty and Helen had a great time meeting up at last. Must have been really uplifting for you all.
On the one side, we had ordinary people, mainly women, paying their respects and a farewell to a female leader who gained the admiration of people across the globe before standing up for our own hard won rights.
On the other, a bunch of porn-addled teen boys, a couple of handmaidens and some individuals with careerist ambitions of their own who couldn't even shut up for a minute, ironically telling the women's rights advocates to shut up and go home.
Please look out for Julia Long's talk in particular. She has this movement absolutely sussed.
Posie is a force of nature and every woman and man there is amazing, whether peaking or speaking. Was taking my son to uni on Sunday but will be at the next one in London. The education system needs to fall now. School and college leaders seem to have blinkers on and are still promoting this dangerous crap. What has happened to Professional Curiosity?!
Great stuff. I missed it because I took a tumble last week and cracked by ribs - very sore. I am very heartened to see these photos though and especially The Mess trio. It's a fantastic photo of the three of you, together at last.
Brava and bravo to all. I contacted US lawfirm Jackson Bone (wow, in my home state of Wisconsin!) to let them know I will release the sworn affidavit submitted in in my divorce, in which "sexologist" PhD psychologist demonized me, wife who wanted out, from "role play marriage."

It was lovely to finally meet you. Thank you for being so gracious about photos. I am so glad you made it! What a lovely bunch of people. Drove from Somerset and back in a day but totally worth it.
Unfortunately, I wasn't there but I saw this event on YouTube and it was wonderful to see so many women speaking with so much determination, passion and eloquence. When this ends, it won't be because women have backed down and and retreated. It will be because men who hate and want to define women, will have been defeated.
At least to the extent that the media focuses on their abusive behaviour and threats or violence and it's debated. But in a way that everyone can stop pretending that what is happening isn't happening.
And women won't be shut down, or have legal action taken against them because we don't want to share our spaces and services with biological men. And men like Mridul Wadhwa will be out of a job, joined by others like him.
It's superb strategy on Posie's part that she allows these bastards to show themselves as they are, in all their putrid glory.

Thanks. An inspiring show of strength and smiles!

Excellent photos - thanks Graham.
Brighton - for once I'm glad I live 500 miles away from there - what a shower.

Love it all. Posie is a Force. Especially love the photo of the Mess trio. What a contribution you've all made -- we're forever grateful.
