The Robert Koch Institute (RKI), a German federal government agency and biomedical research institute, has called women “people with short urethras” whose primary sex organs are the “front hole” or “pussy.” In March, RKI released a questionnaire for “trans and non-binary people” in which one of the questions asked participants if they were female without using the words “female” or “woman.”
