2hours later they removed the article.. but really they didnt.. they simply made a new article introducing the shooter as non-binary with what felt like incredulity.. blamed the MMA/Pornstar father for his homophobia and then tagged the original story.. can U F@£Kin believe it? On the end practically un-edited.
So clearly what we take from this is its the Trans legislation that matter over the deaths for these people. The publication and the movement in general as so consumed with the setbacks in ‘Trans affirmation medical care’ that they will not budge, even when the concepts fly in the face of the reality. One could suggest that the fact a trans ID person was shot is really quite coincidental at a club that was diverse but mostly populated by Gay and Lesbians.. and the Trans persons shot did sort of pass for their claimed gender.
I wrote back after the update and noted these facts and made sure they knew we see the editor and journalists at Pinknews are a bunch of scumbags.
I think we can take heart however that the trend in Trans Care is clearly under such threat in both the Uk and America that people of some influence are prepared to go to such dastardly lengths. Gender Critical fightback must be primarily on their minds.. and I suspect so too must be a number of future court cases.
