What a brilliant piece of analysis- like a spotlight highlighting the central core of the problem. Should be compulsory reading for everyone. If big money wasn’t behind it all Queer Theory would have been ignored as the ravings of a bunch of cranks, perverts and paedophiles.

I think the majority of us here saw this and knew it. I have been confused as to why so many people are taken in by it, but when you see the media and in the UK, with institutions like the BBC grooming people to accept it along with the weaponisation of "be kind" you understad why. The "trans" umbrella has been made acceptable by the promotion of drag queens, Stonewall and the silencing of dissenters. We all know how hository will view this - the same way we now view the Oxycontin scandal. It's heinous and despicable.

I hope these law suits start happening Australia sooner rather than later. We are so far behind the rest of the world. We cannot take anything at face value from our doctors.

The law suits have already started in Australia - Mel Jeffries has started one. Related legal actions - asserting the right to re-establishment of biological reality, the elimination of 'gender identity ideology', and the reinstatement of women's rights and our place in society as a sex class - see Giggle v Tickle, Spencer J v Queensland Health, Smith K v [Breastfeeding/Midwives], and many more.

Across Australasia we have seen 'gender' displace 'sex' in both national and state/territory legislation, which has not only stripped female humans of our rights (particularly affecting lesbians), but implanted same across society - civil and commercial, AND banned 'watchful waiting and counselling', thus introducing 'gay conversion therapy' by the back door. It's horrendous.

I know but so far none have been resolved and I wonder if any of them except maybe Mel Jeffries will get a favourable outcome. Gillian Spencer certainly should. But Gillard’s changing of the sex discrimination act will make the rest difficult. It certainly hasn’t helped Kirralee Smith.

There was a family court victory for commonsense too.

Positioning "trans rights" as a medical scandal fuelled by Big Pharma with the opioid scandal may hopefully make more people sit up and take notice. The parallels are undeniable. It is more difficult to close your eyes and ears and sing "la la la la" when it is compared to an exisiting pattern with known harms caused directly by such a strategy. I do not think I will be quick to forgive the harms done to women's and LGB rights and to children's bodies. Especially not by people in positions of power who should have protected them. My trust in the police, the medical practice and politicians in power has plummeted. I hope the useful idiots have a hard time realising they were "for" the profits of big Pharma and the rights of fetishistic men over those of women, LGB and children.

Bravo Jenny! This article sums up how big pharma and the psychiatric industrial complex work. It is a money making template for them & vested interest groups like charities, NGO's, human rights lawyers and useful idiots like the CoE who just want to be kind and inclusive but who cause so much damage. Some of these perps just want to make money. Others, get off on the psychic wages of "kindness" but their virtue-signalling is the most perfidious, duplicitous, hypocritical justification for child abuse imaginable.

ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, dyslexia, dyscalculia, oppositional defiant disorder and "the spectrum" are all bullshit abstractions designed to medicalise normal variation in character, ability & resilience. The psychiatric industrial complex and their flying monkeys in the medical/psychiatric profession invent nonsense diagnoses to make money. The normal becomes medicalised and then someone else's problem, backed up by the authority of the medical profession (vomit). Despite the media obsession with autism I only ever saw two or three autistic individuals who were genuinely abnormal (I use that word purposefully) & disabled between 1978 & 2019 which was the span of my medical career.

Bogus claims and spurious victimhood are the logical outcome of "human rights" and the welfare state. Victims of whom? Being a victim is such a fashion statement. Just sayin...

This is such a useful analogy and should be used as standard and all the time when fighting this hideous ideology. Heads need to roll at Big Pharma and all medical institutions that are or were complicit in promoting this singular area of "medicine" where no evidence is required of the drugs' efficacies and where a child can self diagnose. It is true madness. Not just driven by big Pharma's profits but by far-left Marxist ideology. Filled with undertones of paedophilia and sexual fetishism at every turn. It's is a three-pronged attack. Profit, political ideology and fetishism. It is utter chaos and stupid normal people who have no skin in the game other than to virtue signal and "be kind" have enabled the direct destruction of too many children's and young adults' lives and the simultaneous collateral attack on women's and gay rights. Can everyone please encourage their friends to stop being silent on the matter and explain how there is nothing "kind" or "inclusive" about this disgusting, violent and barbaric cult so we can hammer the final few nails into the coffin of "trans" as soon as possible!

Shocking ,but not surprising. Every single one of these greedy charlatans should be in jail ,along with their ideological supporters and they should ALL be stripped of their assets for the criminals they are. The damage they have caused is immeasurable ,so many lives and families ruined. Thank You. Keep fighting.

Thanks very much for this. A great read!

At last, somebody won in court! As the article says, big pharma will just pivot to adult fantasy supply, be it drugs or surgery. They have no shame, no decency. The opiod crisis should have warned us. Gerald Posner is brilliant.

And now Streeting's NHS is literally bribing children—with £500.00 in XBox and Uber Eats credits—a sign up for their "study" of puberty blocker drugs that have already been shown to cause massive harm by earlier systematic studies done all over the developed world.

Thanks, Jenny, great comparison with OxyContin.

Fingers crossed for the legal challenge

And there we have Rachel Levine looking like a whole-ass dude in a dress. I really don't care if Rachel wants to wear dresses or even take cross-sex hormones and have surgeries. I do care when people like Rachel encourage vulnerable, confused kids to take drugs and have surgeries that are going to turn them into permanent medical patients. Hey, Gender Cultists, leave the kids alone!

You do wonder whether it is almost deliberate, to reduce the population through addiction and sterilization. I expect greed and stupidity are the main drivers but even so, maybe asking for a friend?
