Monday 7th November - First Do No Harm
DAILY MAIL US: A young woman with a history of mental health problems is suing the team which green-lit her ‘mutilating’ trans surgery after just two consultations.
In 2020 Camille Kiefel, then 30 years old, had a double mastectomy. She soon came to bitterly regret this surgery and feels she was the victim of an ‘abhorrent misdiagnosis’ that has left her ‘mutilated’.
As a child Camille suffered with various mental health issues which continued into her teenage years. Eventually she began identifying as ‘non-binary’ and, experiencing negative feelings about her breasts, believed that a double mastectomy would ease her distress. She sought help at organisations specialising in ‘trans health care’.
In May 2020 Camille had a one-hour meeting with a social worker and then, in July 2020, a 40-minute consultation with mental health therapist. Both of these meetings were via Zoom, not in person. Despite the brevity of these video consultations, both the social worker and therapist recommended surgery. A month later, Camille had a double mastectomy.
Assisted by the Women’s Liberation Front, Camille has brought legal action against the two Portland-based organisations which she believes are responsible. Her complaint, filed with Oregon State Courts, accuses the care team of the ‘reckless abuse’ of their ‘positions of trust and authority as mental health professionals’.
She believes the professionals from whom she sought help should have spent more time exploring her history of mental health problems instead of so swiftly green-lighting her ‘life-altering, physically damaging, irreversible’ surgery.
Camille has spoken out publicly about her plight, describing her surgery as an attempt to ‘escape womanhood’, and she campaigns against medical transition in favour of alternative remedies. Addressing a medical board in Florida recently, she said, “The goal of health care should always be to get to the root cause of the problem. Where my breasts were are hollow. I can never get them back. I can never fit a dress the same way again. I can never breastfeed. Who will love me?”
Tuesday 8th November - The Clocks Were Striking Thirteen in Scotland
THE TIMES: A national book charity is trying to impose a ‘code of conduct’ that authors fear would stifle free speech, especially over issues of gender ideology.
The Scottish Book Trust is a national charity which promotes literature, especially to children and teenagers, though various schemes and events. Its income for 2020-21 was £4.8 million, 86% of which was funded by the Scottish government. The trust has approximately 600 professional writers on its ‘Live Literature’ register. Inclusion on this list is essential for authors, poets and spoken word performers who earn a living from public events and appearances in schools and libraries etc.
The charity has been accused of issuing a ‘potentially illegal’ code of conduct that forces authors to agree to its ideology or risk being blacklisted. The trust sent this ‘code of conduct’ to its 600 ‘Live Literature’ writers, informing them that signing up to the code is compulsory if they wish to continue being included on the register.
The code states that ‘bigotry and transphobia’ will not be tolerated which, of course, sounds admirable. However, as poet Magi Gibson told The Times, these are no longer neutral terms; they are “Weaponised day in, day out, not to achieve fairness and equality but simply to damage someone - usually a woman - who has legitimate beliefs protected under the Equality Act 2010.” She said that she feared the code “Discriminates against those writers, especially women, lesbians and gay men, who do not believe in gender identity theory”.
In 2020 the Scottish Book Trust established an EDI Advisory Group “To focus on ensuring that our principles are more proactively embedded in all aspects of our work and that we are alive to making changes and improvements”. Earlier this year, the charity posted on its website that it was rolling out “A programme of training for staff and Board members in relevant topics, starting with sessions on trans-awareness”.
The trust declined to tell The Times who is on its equality, diversity and inclusion advisory group.

REDUXX: The brutal murder of a woman in Buenos Aires is no longer being recorded as a ‘femicide’ after the apprehension of trans-identified male suspects.
28-year-old Brenda Córdoba was stabbed to death in Buenos Aires last November. Surveillance footage of her brutal murder shows a male wearing a white hoodie approach her, grab her in a headlock, and then stab her repeatedly in the chest. Further video footage was uncovered in which Córdoba’s attacker was seen leaving the area with another person.
Last month police released images taken from this surveillance footage and asked for the public’s help in identifying the suspects. On 2nd November two suspects were taken into custody. They are both trans-identified males.
Prior to the apprehension of these suspects, Brenda Córdoba’s murder was being reported as a ‘femicide’, a specific crime defined in Argentina’s Criminal Code as an aggravated homicide perpetrated by a man against a woman. The Criminal Code was amended to recognise femicide as a specific crime in 2012 because male violence against women in Argentina was reaching endemic proportions. It is still considered a national crisis. A woman is murdered by a man in Argentina on average every 25 hours.
For the past year Córdoba’s brutal murder was considered a femicide under Argentinian law. However, following the revelation that the suspects who have been apprehended are trans-identified, the classification of femicide has been dropped.
Authorities are now pretending that this crime is not a result of male violence against women.
Wednesday 9th November - Men Make The Best Women
Trans-identified male, Brían Nguyen is a 19 year old Business Management student at Nashua Community College and describes himself on Instagram as a “Plus model and advocate for marginalized women”.
He has just won the title of Miss Greater Derry at a competition held under the auspices of the Miss America pageants.
As the winner, Ngyuen will go forward to the Miss New Hampshire competition and be afforded career and funding opportunities. Furthermore, the prize for winning the Miss Greater Derry title is a $7,500 scholarship, one which was supposedly intended for ‘young women between the ages of 17 and 24’. A female contestant has now been deprived of what could have been vital financial support in pursuing their education.
Miss America describes itself as ‘so much more’ than a beauty pageant. According to the website, the Miss America programme is “A year-round opportunity for women to earn scholarships, grow their networks, learn valuable life and career skills”.
“Empowering women since 1921” boasts their social media tagline.
And males, too, apparently.
Thursday 10th November - Gay Men Back In The Closet
SPECTATOR AUSTRALIA: Edie Wyatt writes about the gay men in Australia, even those who are HIV+, being ostracized and excluded, over gender identity ideology.
Jason Whitehall is a gay man in Australia who is HIV positive. During the 1980s he volunteered for the Victorian AIDS Council. That was a terrifying time of crisis during which so many gay men were extremely sick and in need of emergency accommodation and support services.
Jason suffers from PTSD and other stress-related conditions as result of his status and experience. He recently sought help from the very organisation for which he used to volunteer, the former Victorian AIDS Council which is now called Thorne Harbour Health, hoping to access its free telephone counselling service.
Wanting to be honest, Jason explained that a major source of his anxiety is the adherence to gender ideology by those who provide services to gay men in Victoria. He has been self-excluding from dating sites and gay spaces because of his worry that he will encounter trans-identified females there.
Initially, Jason was given to understand that Thorne Harbour Health would be able to allocate him a counsellor and they conducted a long survey with him, asking a lot of personal questions. Around a week later, a woman from Thorne Harbour Health phoned Jason and told him that due to the nature of his problem, they could not offer him any help because they are an ‘inclusive’ service. He says that he was deemed ineligible for counselling because he doesn’t ‘accept trans men as gay men’.
This is a problem not just limited to HIV and AIDS organisations. In Australian states with self-ID legislation, there is no way to secure a property for the exclusive use of gay men. The same, of course, is true of lesbian spaces. Last year Tasmanian authorities determined that lesbians will be breaking the law if they try to host single-sex spaces which exclude trans-identified males.
Consequently, gay men are, again, having to to meet, date and socialise in secret. This is not progress, says Wyatt. “It was in underground dating where HIV infections once thrived and where gay men were sought out in unsecured locations to be bashed for recreation… The angry virtual and physical mobs that gather around this issue are almost indistinguishable from those who once gathered around gay hook-up locations.”
In effect, Australian men are being forced back in the closet.
Friday 11th November - Under His ICMP
THE TIMES: London’s Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) asked students to inform on each other over gender critical wrongthink.
The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) is a private music school which, according to its own website, “Has been developing and delivering music education and training to students of contemporary music for over 30 years”.
This term the ICMP displayed a sign on a large TV screen at its North London campus which said the school was taking a ‘zero tolerance’ approach to ‘TERFs’.
“What is a TERF?” asked the sign. It subsequently described radical feminism as ‘a specific form of transphobia’ because “The primary TERF assertion is that trans women are not women and accordingly have no place in women’s spaces”. This is hardly an extremist view; that males cannot be females is a biological reality and one that is reflected in law.
The sign also entirely misrepresented radical feminism (which includes and supports ALL females, however they may ‘identify’) by claiming “TERF’s [sic] assert that people assigned female at birth, but identify as male, shouldn’t be allowed into women’s spaces”.
Despite condemning gender critical feminism without even a basic knowledge or understanding of its fundamental principles, the sign asked people to report ‘TERFs’ to the school authorities. It even supplied a handy little QR code with which students could snitch on their peers using their mobile phone.
After a barrage of criticism on social media, much of which pointed out that the sign is in breach of the law, ICMP was forced to remove it. Paul Kirkham, the chief executive, issued a statement. “Our intention, following discussions with our student community, had been to communicate the definition of Terf to help clarify what we considered to be growing misconceptions around what the term means. We got it wrong. The signage is clunky and we can see how it can be misinterpreted.”
The signage wasn’t ‘clunky’, it was breathtakingly misogynistic and of seriously sinister intent. And it certainly wasn’t ‘misinterpreted’; we all saw the incitement to inform on women who try to uphold their legal sex-based rights and spaces. There is no ‘misinterpreting’ a witch-hunt.
Saturday 12th November - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Satire
THE TELEGRAPH: Stonewall is putting pressure on its WEI wannabes to deny biological reality and pander to so-called ‘gender fluid’ employees.
Stonewall’s ‘workplace equality index’ (WEI) is a ranking system which supposedly ranks how organisations and companies support and empower their LGBT staff. New guidance has been drawn up for the those vying for top spots on the league table.
The Telegraph has obtained the 40-page form which organisations must submit to Stonewall to be ranked on its 2023 WEI. One question asks how employers, “Enable non-binary employees to have their identities recognised on all employee-facing workplace systems”. The guidance beneath the question states, “You will receive more marks if at least one example is specific to gender fluid people, for example the ability to have multiple passcards with different forms of gender expression or linked email accounts/intranet accounts with different names and photos”.
Another question asks whether organisations have a “Formal commitment to introduce gender-neutral facilities in all buildings” and “Support all cis employees (including lesbian gay and bi employees) to become trans allies through training, programmes and/or resources”.
Debbie Hayton, transgender science teacher and journalist, told The Telegraph, “It doesn’t help trans people to separate us out as something different or special”.
Miriam Cates MP commented, “This guidance is frankly absurd and it is extremely concerning that major employers are seeking to adhere to it. Any policy that allows employees to have multiple identities is clearly open to abuse, quite apart from being completely unworkable in practice. This has nothing to do with equality and everything to do with trying to deny the biological and social reality that sex is binary and men and women are different.”
Sunday 13th November - This Never Happens #2
REDUXX: In another story from Argentina about male violence against women, a well-known trans-identified male has been accused of human sex trafficking and attempted murder.
Paloma León, who began life as Daniel Ariel Araya Segura, was the subject of 2013 documentary, Madam Baterflai, and is described as a well-known figure on Mendoza’s LGBT scene. No stranger to the authorities, León served an 18-year prison sentence for homicide and was released in 2006.
Last year, together with two male accomplices, León was arrested on charges of human trafficking. A police investigation, which involved extensive surveillance and witness testimonies, revealed evidence that they were forcing women, trans-identified individuals and minors into sexual slavery. The victims were forced to work in prostitution and were routinely beaten and threatened.
While León was in custody, one of the female victims co-operating with police was shot in the neck, reportedly on León’s orders. The woman survived the attack and told police that, only hours before the shooting, León had made a threatening phone call to her from prison. Consequently León and his accomplices were also charged with attempted premeditated homicide.
According to Argentinian news outlets, Los Andes and Elsol, the case came before the Federal Courts at the end of October.
Also Today - NHS Scotland Wards Off Women
THE SUNDAY TIMES: Scotland’s biggest health board advises its staff to lie to female patients over males on women-only wards.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Scotland’s biggest health board, has issued guidance to its staff that trans-identified males must be accommodated in female-only wards. Furthermore, female patients could be removed from the ward should they dare to challenge the presence of a male there.
Staff are instructed to lie to any female patient who expresses concerns over sharing her hospital accommodation with a male. According to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde guidance, any woman making such a complaint should be told that, “The ward is indeed female-only and that there are no men present”. So not only will women be robbed of their safety and privacy, they’ll be deliberately lied to about it.
Campaign group, For Women Scotland, described this guidance as ‘gaslighting and insulting’. A FWS spokeswoman told the paper, “No ill and vulnerable woman wants to wake up from an operation to find a bloke staring at her from the next bed. If the NHS can’t tell the difference between a male body and a female body then it really is in dire straits”.
NHS Scotland may wish to reflect on this policy; there are implications for women when single-sex accommodation is erased.
See you next week.
So a hemail address, and a shemail address?
The absolute evil at the heart of this movement becomes more apparent every single day yet people in authority continue to ignore the damage it inflicts on innocent people. As a 75 year old Scottish Woman ,I now absolutely dread having to be a hospital inpatient ,or even needing carers in the future. Is this what they call progress ? Seriously ? This has to be ranked as one of the most shameful periods in human history , more so because it's the 21st century and we consider ourselves " enlightened "!. Shame on all who support this abhorrent ideology. Death Cult is what it is , definitely. Well done ,JL. Keep it up.👍👏❤️
