If a politician or mover and shaker has 'transed' his or her child, he or she should automatically be barred from participating in debates that will affect the lives of the children of others. If you can be barred from many positions for having interests that might clash with those under scrutiny, a removal in this case is also necessary.

Hmmm... very odd. I do think I saw him with his family at some event a while back, and, although I wouldn't swear one it, I seem to recall a boy and a girl. Could be wrong. He should be given the benefit of the doubt, though, because it could have been a slip of the tongue, although it is still odd. However, if he has a 'trans' identified child (girl to boy), it would explain a lot. These politicians, who make our laws, should be banned from participating in debates on this issue. The hyperbole from some of these idiot Labour councillors borders on hysteria, they just fall short of calling for Tonia Antoniazzi's demise. In virtually any other context this kind of zealotry and hatred would not be tolerated. Meg Birchall needs to think about her claim that "bigotry never wins", it's clearly won her over. And if Erin Hall, another them/them moron, questions whether Ms Antoniazzi is fit to represent trans constituents, she needs to have it pointed out to her that given her opinions on the protection of female single sex spaces, she isn't fit to represent women in her borough.
Hall should take her devestation and fuck off. She and the others here sound like the gender identity frenzy equivalent of the Westboro Baptist Church, and should be treated in the same way, as something best avoided. But their opinions can't be ignored, they are political representatives or have positions of influence in politics, they need to explain themselves. According to Jake Swinburne, Tonia Antoniazzi is "stamping on one of the most vulnerable minorities in Britain". A minority so vulnerable, that activists among them and their supporters have influenced changes in the law and policies in practically every institution and organisation in this country.
Vulnerable minorities don't usually have the kind of power that results in other groups in society becoming more vulnerable. That's what has happened to women and girls. So much so, that even the safety of women most in need of protection is being compromised to accommodate men who make the claim of womanhood. Those who insist otherwise are bullshitters, and some of these bullshitters are being voted into positions of power by people whose rights and safety is far from being their priority. I recall a time when testosterone supplements for body builders could lead to paranoia and violence with otherwise peaceful men. Is this related? Does the medication for sexual transformation create a change in the male that is terribly harmful to others? Surely we've enough sample cases now to look at stats.

For the TIFs, yes, they're taking high doses of testosterone and essentially get roid rage. On top of whatever other mental health problems are pushing them to take it in the first place.
For the TIMs, the motivation in the first place is usually a fetish or some narcissistic disorder, and that doesn't go away even if they lower their testosterone. Even when sex offenders have been castrated (chemically or physically) they often still find ways to act out and abuse people, since their mindsets haven't changed.
I think the biggest problem is that transition's marketed as a panacea, and then any comorbid illnesses are ignored and any bad behaviour is excused. Good clinicians will take a holistic view and look at all the different things going on with a patient - Drs Az Hakeem and David Bell have talked about this a lot - but there's a big push to restrict that by labelling it "trans conversion therapy".
I believe that one of the Scandi countries - Sweden, maybe? - found that giving women testosterone made them aggressive. It should surprise no one that the Indian woman killed her friend whilst taking these hormones.

The whole of Parliament seems to have lost all credibility with feakish pulls in strange directions. Those two can string a sentence together. I have no idea who they are signalling to, presumably some focus group and other stupid, nasty, unserious people who cannot be adult about anything. It's all soundbites and shallow nothingness.
