We have also conducted and commissioned extensive research into how young people develop physically and psychologically. In particular, we have considered research into the
age at which the brain reaches full maturity in order to inform our decision about how a
young person should be defined in the guideline. Research conducted on our behalf which
considered and evaluated the range of evidence on the topic concluded that there is
compelling evidence that our brains do not fully mature until at least age 25 and that this
should be taken into account in judicial decision-making.

Replies to my correspondence from Scottish government insist predatory men identifying as women highly unlikely. Low and behold here we are: - a rapist, a man, being referred to as 'she' in the press, heading to a female prison in Scotland. Incomprehensible.

Thanks JL. Now that "No Debate" is no longer an option, it's great to see Maggie Chapman & Co. trying to "explain" the reality of Gender Ideology, given that it doesn't survive contact with reality. No wonder Dentons advised avoiding the media.
The DfE guidelines are grounds for (cautious) optimism; it's great that they acknowledge the psychological damage of teachers going along with gender identity bollocks, but hopefully they will be enforced and not just voluntary guidelines. Anyway, even the introduction of a little science feels like progress after the last few years of slavish obedience to the unicorn cult.

After reading about the reintroduction of trans bollocks in the bill, I can only feel grateful that Kemi Badenoch is keeping an eye out. This could so easily have slipped through unnoticed at this stage.

Yes! its beginning to happen! many hours in the car this morning and heard Yvette Copper talking some common sense on men in prisons. Also women’s hour covered it, and Copper made all the hourly news thingys. Thanks JL as always.
When Maggie says to Tom, "transwomen aren't predators" and Tom replies, "no one is saying they are".... can't anyone reply to this statement "But some are. Just as in not all men are rapists, but some are". Is this unhelpful?
That cat on the skatebaord is amazing! Clearly far more switched on than Maggie Chapman who was clutching at the straws of an argument which really had no substance. The idea that you would have to genetically test everyone to know their sex is so laughable and would go no way to proving anyone had changed sex (which was the question posed to her). I revelled in the bit where she got stroppy with the interviewer as that was a huge tell that she was backed into a corner.
Maggie Chapman spoke to a load of pervy (aren't they all) old AGPs whom as we know are controlled by their sexual fetishes meaning they are lying narcissists with zero sympathy or empathy, seeking society's validation by pretending there are such things as "trans kids" and to hell with what happens to those children.
Best lines though, after having said she didn't know her chromosomes, was Maggie Chapman's "I am not trans....", promptly followed by Tom Swarbrick's entirely logical response "How do you know?"
