Monday 13th January - The Pronoun Police
BELFAST TELEGRAPH: A trans-identified male has been acquitted of trying to strangle his elderly mother due to ‘issues’ with the contemporaneous evidence.
46-year-old trans-identified male, Ami Avanti, was charged with non-fatal strangulation and assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an incident at his mother’s Belfast home in August 2024. Police had been called to the property by a concerned neighbour who had heard shouting and witnessed Avanti’s elderly mother out in the street wearing only her underwear.
The body-worn footage used by the police who attended the incident shows Avanti’s mother, who suffers with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), wearing a night-dress and struggling to breath. She also has heavy bruising on her arms. She tells the officer, “He’s been drinking and had me by the throat in the hallway. I managed to get away from him but it’s like a light switch, one minute everything is OK and the next it’s really bad”. The police officer interrupts her, stating, “He’s asked me to call him ‘she’”. (An elderly woman is struggling to breathe and shows signs of abuse but the attending police officer’s priority is the suspect’s preferred pronouns? We are truly through the looking glass.)
Avanti’s mother then continues, “I do love him. He’s my child, but I just can’t go on like this. Something is not right with him. I had laid down because I didn’t feel well. He had gone to put salt on his food and the lid came off the container, I’m guessing that’s what started it. Anyway, he came up the stairs ranting and raving… He then slipped down the stairs and was blaming me, he was kicking and punching me, he grabbed me by the throat trying to choke me”.
The case was heard at Laganside Magistrates Court in Belfast this month. Both of the charges against Avanti were dismissed due to issues with the ‘contemporaneousness’ of the evidence.
District Judge Ann Marshall told the court, “There are issues with timing in relation to the evidence and the victim is clearly overcome by the incident in the footage. She struggles to give a clear and consistent account of what happened and when. I was also not able to get a clear account of how her injuries were sustained. There was no statement made in the case, she is not here to give evidence, and she sent a letter to the court in support of the defendant. Given the issues with evidence in the case I cannot be safe in admitting it.”
In reporting this story, both Sunday World and The Belfast Telegraph described Avanti as a ‘woman’ and referred to him with female pronouns. Even though there is absolutely no legal or regulatory requirement for them to do so.
Tuesday 14th January - The Pub Clocks Were Striking 13
THE TIMES: The government’s new workers rights reforms could see pub customers barred from discussing issues related to gender ideology, the EHRC has warned.
The government is planning a reform of workers’ rights legislation. The proposed reforms would protect workers from being harassed by ‘third parties’, thus safeguarding public-facing staff from harassment by customers. All well and good, you might say.
However, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has warned that this could prove problematic where the expression of a ‘philosophical belief’ is concerned. The equalities watchdog is concerned that the law could be applied to ‘overheard conversations’ and therefore curtail freedom of expression. Pubs could bar or refuse service to customers discussing issues relating to gender issues, for example.
The watchdog warned, “The legal definition of what amounts to philosophical belief is complex and not well understood by employers. It is arguable that these difficulties may lead to disproportionate restriction of the right to freedom of expression.”
Kate Nicholls, chief executive of UKHospitality, said she agreed with the issues identified by the EHRC. “These are complex legal issues, which employers are not equipped to navigate and could impose disproportionate restrictions. We agree with the EHRC’s concerns and we don’t believe that the burden of policing these issues should fall upon employers.” A spokesman for the British Beer and Pub Association commented, “Any legalisation must be carefully drafted to make sure it does not have unintended consequences, such as pub workers expected to decide whether private conversations between customers constitute a violation of law.”
We have reported previously on occasions when venue staff and/or management have ejected or refused service to customers because of their legally held and expressed ‘philosophical beliefs’.
In April 2023, for example, we reported on a Belfast pub which had refused to serve attendees of a Standing For Women event in the city.
Apparently, staff at the Robinson’s bar refused to serve anyone who was wearing suffrage colours.
Video footage circulating on Twitter appeared to show a member of Robinson’s staff, reputedly the bar manager, refusing to serve a young woman because she was wearing a pro-women t-shirt.
Last September we reported on a Brighton pub, The Southern Belle, which evicted a Free Speech Union group due to the gender critical subject matter being discussed at its meeting.
We already know the depths to which gender zealots will stoop in order to silence and derail those trying to discuss trans ideology. They don’t need an excuse.
Wednesday 15th January - This Never Happens #1
REDUXX: Two trans-identified males in Norway have been charged with the rape and sexual assault of a child.
43-year-old Damien ‘Damia Rose’ Baar and 35-year-old Even ‘Eevee’ Seberg are trans-identified males living in Vestland, Norway. Together with a third man who is not trans-identified, they have been charged with several child sexual offences relating to the repeated rape and sexual assault of a girl when she was aged 13 - 14.
The criminal charges brought against Baar and Seberg include sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14 and an instance of gang rape in which “The act [was] committed by several people together… in a particularly painful or particularly offensive manner.” They are also accused of producing images of child sexual abuse.
According to Hordaland court records, the victim was an at-risk youth due to her ‘life challenges’ and her vulnerable situation was exploited by her abusers.
Reduxx has been able to track down social media profiles belonging to Baar and Seberg. Both are active (and mutual contacts) on fetish network, FetLife.
Seberg describes himself online as ‘trans fem’ and ‘pansexual’ and as having “A mind corrupted by 2000’s internet content, hentai, games, comics, and their own creative ability to turn anything NSFW / NSFL”. In one disturbing post dated October 2024, Seberg said he prefers ‘to get raped by girldick’. “When I get hormones”, he says, “I’m gonna go full-on kinky bitch mode”.
Baar describes himself as a voyeur, exhibitionist, sadist, and ‘brat tamer’ and lists his fetishes a group sex, pain, screaming and ‘tearing off clothing’. Baar has also posted images of himself manipulated with FaceApp to resemble an adolescent girl.
Damien ‘Damia Rose’ Baar and Even ‘Eevee’ Seberg are expected to stand trial for the child sex offences in May.
Thursday 16th January - Men Make The Best Women
One of the nominees for this year’s BAFTA leading actress award is a trans-identified male who has already stolen a number of accolades intended for women.
52-year-old Spanish actor, Karla Sofía Gascón, is a trans-identified male who began ‘identifying as a woman’ in his late 40s and, until a few years ago, was known as Carlos Gascón. He is married to Marisa Gutiérrez and he has fathered a daughter.
In 2020, Gascón underwent cosmetic surgery to feminise his appearance and give him prosthetic breasts. Shortly after his surgery, he gave media interviews about his choice of cup size. “At first I was afraid of having too much volume… but now I see myself and a little more I wouldn't have looked bad at all”. Laughing that his spouse is jealous of his ‘breasts’, he said, “My wife is angry because now I have them up and she is dropping them... I put on my shirt etc without a bra because I don't need to, because they stand up well and she says that I am showing my nipples”. Of his teenage daughter, Gascón told the press, “She says that I am a copycat because I wear my hair like her”.
For his performance as a trans-identified character in the musical, Emilia Pérez, Gascón has already won a number of prestigious film industry awards supposedly intended for female actors. In the past year he was named Global Breakout Actress of the Year at the Ischia Global Film & Music Festival, lifted the Best Actress trophy at the European Film Awards and has been nominated for a much-coveted Golden Globe award in the Best Actress category.
In May last year, Gascón won the coveted Best Actress award at the Cannes Film Festival. Taking to the Cannes stage, Gascón dedicated his win to ‘all the trans people who are suffering every fucking day with the hate’. “They denigrate us, how they denigrate us”, he said, while accepting yet a highly prized award that should have gone to a woman.
Following the Cannes Film Festival, Gascón instigated legal proceedings against French politician, Marion Maréchal, for describing him as a man. Reacting to Gascón’s win, Maréchal posted on X/Twitter, “So a man has won best actress. Progress for the left means the erasure of women and mothers.” Gascón responded by filing a legal complaint against Maréchal for a supposed ‘sexist insult’ due to his ‘gender identity’.
Gascón also scooped an award at Elle’s Women in Hollywood Celebration and he won the International Actress trophy at Glamour Spain’s Women of the Year Awards.
And now he has been nominated for the leading actress prize at the forthcoming BAFTA Film Awards. He’s going to win, isn’t he?
Friday 17th January - We Told You So
THE TELEGRAPH: Germany’s self-ID legislation has allowed a neo-nazi to legally change his sex in an apparent bid to be housed in a women’s prison.
In November 2024, Germany’s Self Determination Act came into effect. This legislation enables German citizens to change their name and legal sex by making a simple declaration at a registry office. There are no formal requirements and neither medical diagnosis nor physical alteration are necessary.
Any man in Germany can now fill out a bit of paperwork and be legally regarded as a woman. If he changes his mind, he can go back to being male in a year’s time. Furthermore, the law prevents any disclosure of his true sex. Those intentionally disclosing a trans-identified individual’s ‘dead’ (ie former) name and/or their true sex will face fines of up to €10,000 (around £8,000).
One man who appears to have taken advantage of these self-ID laws in Germany is Sven Liebich. He is a neo-Nazi extremist who last August was convicted on multiple charges of inciting hatred and defamation. He is currently appealing his 18-month prison sentence in the east German state of Saxony.
53-year-old Liebich has changed his legal sex and now calls himself by the female name, Marla-Svenja, in an apparent attempt to be accommodated in a women’s prison should his appeal fail. According to Saxony newspaper, Mitteldeutsche Zeitung, Liebich has not altered his appearance other than his beard being slightly longer.
Last month we reported on the Chemnitz correctional facility for women in Saxony. Between 2023 and 2024, three trans-identified males - all of who have convictions for violent and/or sexually violent crime - were housed there. Some of Chemnitz’s female inmates spoke to Freie Press about being accommodated with one particularly abusive and intimidating trans-identified male. He was aggressive and verbally abusive and he threatened them with violence and frequently ambushed them during activities. It is reported that he also forced women to watch him masturbate.
Last week Die Walt published a survey which revealed that a number of trans-identified male inmates in Germany’s female estate have sexually assaulted and harassed women prisoners and correctional officers. In North-Rhine Westphalia, for example, a trans-identified male physically assault a female inmate. In Vechta, a women’s prison in Lower Saxony, three sexual assaults were reported to have taken place between 2023-2024 by a trans-identified male perpetrator who was convicted for the possession of child sexual abuse material.
The country’s Self Determination Act is making the lives of women in Germany’s female prisons absolutely intolerable.
Saturday 18th January - This Never Happens #2
REDUXX: A trans-identified male in Australia has been convicted of sexually abusing his own daughter and sharing images of that abuse with a paedophile in the USA.
A 25-year-old trans-identified male in Victoria, Australia, has been convicted of sexually abusing his own daughter. Reduxx has chosen not to reveal his male/birth name in order to protect the anonymity of his five-year-old victim. In court he was referred to with the pseudonym Hilary Maloney but he calls himself Autumn Tulip Harper.
Harper was first suspected as a sex offender in September 2023 when a US paedophile with whom he’d been communicating was arrested. The subsequent investigation revealed that Harper had been sharing images of child sexual abuse with the man in America. Australian authorities seized Harper’s electronic devices and found 77 files of child abuse material stored on his mobile phone. The child being abused in all of the images and videos was Harper’s own 5-year-old daughter. The police determined that Harper sexually abused the little girl on at least 19 occasions over the course of just one month.
During the trial, the defence maintained that Harper had ‘identified as female’ since 2019. However, photographs of Harper taken at the this time show him sporting a beard and ‘presenting’ in a traditionally male way. Furthermore, a source close to the case made Reduxx aware that Harper was initially charged under his male/birth name.
The court heard that Harper had been involved in an online BDSM relationship with the man in America. Harper reportedly shared photographs and video footage of himself sexually abusing his own five-year-old daughter with this man in return for the validation of his ‘gender identity’.
At Harper’s trial, forensic psychiatrist Dr. Rajan Darjee, was tasked with interviewing Harper and creating a profile of his offending. Darjee’s report referred to Harper with female pronouns throughout and, even more disturbingly, framed him as a submissive woman pressured into paedophilia by a dominant man.
“This pattern of sexual abuse is one which a more dominant male pressurises, manipulates and/or coerces a female who has access to a child, usually her own, to sexually abuse that child and/or to make that child available to him to sexually abuse…
She felt the man she connected with cared for and was nice to her, and due to her low self-esteem, lack of assertiveness, loneliness, submissiveness and desperation to be noticed and cared for, it was easy for him to pick up on her vulnerability and manipulate her into the master/slave relationship where he took control of her life. He then involved her in sexual exchanges and then coerced her to sexually abuse her daughter and take videos and photos to share with him. She was not inherently motivated by deviant sexual interests or any other motive, except doing what he told her and keeping him happy, to sexually abuse her daughter.”
Describing Harper as ‘hormonally female’ at the time of the offences, Darjee denied that Harper had a paraphilic disorder and a sexual attraction to children and told the court that he would not need any specific treatment to prevent further offences.
Judge Nola Karapanagiotidis referred to Harper’s gender dysphoria and experiences of ‘transphobia’ as mitigating factors and sentenced him to 4 years and 9 months imprisonment, a very lenient term compared to the maximum 25 years in prison available for these offences.

7NEWS: A trans-identified male convicted sex offender has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself in a high school’s female locker room.
Richard Kenneth Cox is a 58-year-old man who lives in Arlington County, Virginia, USA. He is a Tier III sex offender, required to be on the sex offender’s register for life.
According to Arlington County Circuit Court documents, in 1992, Cox was convicted of knowingly exposing himself to minors after he showed his genitals to a number of children in a gymnasium. Court records reveal that Cox had his penis in his hand and masturbated in front of a large group of children.
As recorded on the Virginia State Police’s sex offender registry, in 2007 Cox was convicted of six counts of possessing obscene materials which involved a minor. In 2021, he was convicted of failing to register as a sex offender. Police records also reveal that Cox uses a number of aliases.
In June 2024, Cox was charged with indecent exposure for allegedly exposing himself in a Planet Fitness women’s locker room in Fairfax County. The charge was dismissed.
Fairfax County Court documents reveal that Cox now ‘identifies as a transgender woman’. Cox claims that he showed the Planet Fitness staff his driver’s license which lists his legal ‘gender’ as female and was allowed to use the women’s facilities.
Cox is now facing new charges of exposing himself to children following an alleged incident in the girls’ locker room of a high school swimming pool last year.
Washington-Liberty High School has a swimming pool which is open to the public and is managed by Arlington Public Schools (APS). Of course, “APS permits pool patrons to access restrooms and facilities that correspond to their gender identity”.
In October 2024, Richard Kenneth Cox was arrested on suspicion of exposing his genitals in the pool’s female changing room. He now faces several charges of intentionally making an obscene display of his genitals in a public place and also with loitering within 100 feet of a school while being prohibited from proximity to children.
7News were contacted by concerned parents who criticised the handling of this situation by the Arlington School Board. One woman told journalists that in September 2024, several weeks prior to Cox being arrested, she had warned the pool manager about Cox using the female facilities. However, she said that the manager allowed Cox to use the girl’s locker room because he identifies as transgender. The woman said she called the school board to make a report but received no response.
Sunday 19th January - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Satire
THE DAILY MAIL: Trans-identified male, Roxanne Tickle, has lodged a cross-appeal in his ongoing hostilities against Sall Grover and her female-only app, Giggle.
We have written previously about Roxanne ‘Roxy’ (formerly Jason) Tickle, a trans-identified male who waged war on a woman and her business for over three years.
In 2020, Sall Grover founded a female-only social site called Giggle. It was an ‘online refuge’ where women could safely meet other women just to talk or to find female housemates, travelling companions, car shares and romantic partners. Tens of thousands of women in 88 different countries signed up. For obvious reasons, the site had to ensure that males could not try to join. Consequently, to ensure that it remained female-only, the app used bio-metric gender verification software as well as screening by eye to weed out the males who tried to invade it.
Roxanne Tickle is a trans -identified male who also uses the name ‘Roxy’. He writes a blog called The Roxy Epoch and operates a Twitter account of the same name. He tried to join the Giggle app in September 2021 but was subsequently removed from the site. His tweets at the time make clear that, despite knowing the site was strictly women-only, he signed up in a deliberate attempt to evade the restrictions and barge into a female space where he knew his presence was not welcome.
Speaking on a podcast two years ago, Sall Grover described how, after he was removed from the Giggle app, Tickle found her private mobile phone number and texted her frequently, demanding that she speak with him. When she did not respond, he tried calling her on numerous occasions. She ignored him.
In January 2022, Tickle reported both Sall Grover and the Giggle app to the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC), accusing them of ‘gender identity discrimination’. Grover was told that, to rectify the situation, trans-identified males must be allowed to join Giggle and that women using the app must be ‘moderated’ (ie censored) when discussing gender issues. Furthermore, she and her company must submit to ‘education’ on gender identity. Of course, she refused those terms.
In June 2022, when Sall Grover was heavily pregnant with her daughter, she was informed that Tickle had escalated his complaint to the federal court. That complaint, however, was ‘discontinued’ a month later.
In 2013, Julia Gillard’s administration changed Australia’s Sex Discrimination Act 1984, replacing ‘sex’ with ‘gender identity’ and removing the definitions of ‘man’ and ‘woman’ from the legislation. These changes made it illegal to discriminate against someone based on their ‘gender’ rather than their sex. This has proved to be a gift to men like Tickle who demand access to female spaces.
Yet again, Tickle seemed determined that women should not be allowed even one tiny corner of the internet just for themselves and he took legal action against Giggle. On 22nd December 2022, Tickle filed a lawsuit in federal court, alleging unlawful ‘gender identity’ discrimination under the Sex Discrimination Act.
Unsurprisingly, Tickle has form re the trampling of women’s boundaries. In October 2020 he was in the news for joining a women’s hockey team and he has actively campaigned for the forced inclusion of trans-identified males in women’s sports.
Last year he commented on social media that he plays on a hockey team which includes a 15-year-old girl.
And he’s also posted photographs of himself in the locker room. The women’s locker room, presumably.
In August 2024, after a three-day hearing, Australia’s federal court found that Tickle had not been directly discriminated against because of his ‘gender identity’. However, it found that he had suffered ‘indirect discrimination’ as he was excluded from Giggle for not looking ‘sufficiently female’ which, the court ruled, is unlawful under the Sex Discrimination Act.
Sall Grover’s legal team argued that the Tickle app was intended for women only and that Tickle was excluded on the grounds of his sex. Because he is male. The judge, Robert Bromwich, discounted this argument, stating that case law has consistently found sex is “Changeable and not necessarily binary”. (That’s right, an Australian federal court justice actually said out loud and in all seriousness that it is possible to change sex because the law says so.)
Tickle had sought damages and aggravated damages amounting to $200,000. However, he was awarded $10,000 (approximately £5,100) plus costs.
Last September, Sall Grover announced her intention to appeal the court’s decision. “It is about the fundamental rights of women and girls everywhere to safety and dignity in their own spaces”, she said of her decision.
The court judgement was a disaster for the women of Australia. They can no longer meet, speak or organise free from a male presence and they are no longer allowed any spaces just for themselves that males cannot invade.
Even this is not enough for Roxanne (formerly Jason) Tickle whose spite and women-hatred appear to know no bounds. Tickle has taken the ‘extraordinary’ decision to file a cross-appeal. He is seeking to elevate the court's finding from indirect to direct discrimination and aims to increase the damages and aggravated damages significantly beyond the sums awarded to him.
The cross-appeal has been confirmed by Tickle’s legal firm, Barry Nilsson. Senior Associate, Tinashe Makamure, commented, “A cross appeal has been filed and there will be a case hearing to determine it”.
Some men just cannot contain their rage when women tell them ‘No’, can they?
As Sall Grover points out, “The anger that a lot of these males have of not being allowed to be on a female app proves the need for it and why we don’t want them there.”

Tiny children being taught they were likely 'in the wrong body'. Women arrested and taken through court processes for daring to display or share images of ribbons in certain colours. All that left the public and voters scratching their heads. And it had a chilling effect. All that left the prison service umming and ahhing about whether they could get away with housing rapist Adam Graham in the female prison estate. How that totally corrupted the legal, media, health and education sectors? Every profession was infected. Does that strangely seem to be similar to what is happening in Australia? Well, where was Dr. Rajan Darjee practising?

He has extensive experience of working with people who have committed, or are at risk of committing, sexual offences, stalking, intimate partner violence, homicide and other types of serious interpersonal violence. He has expertise in working with complex clients with personality disorders, sexual disorders and/or serious mental illness.'
So he had every finger in every pie in the entire Scottish system. On Boards. Which explains why genderology - this pernicious and destructive individual and group extremist terrorist ideology - became so popular, so entrenched and so difficult to counter as supposedly trustworthy and authoritative sources were pushing it. Are still pushing it. They changed, they corrupted all our legislation, our policies, our systems and our professions. And it's why all risk assessment, all safeguarding and the entire political and criminal justice system started pushing this deluded shite.
So. It fell out of favour here, Scottish voters said no and many fought back. So he's plying his trade and corrupting Australian social fabric and its legal, health and civic infrastructure.
